Hail fellow worm lover (eh?)! I've had worms for a year (which is longer than the kids ever got away with!) through rain, cold and -worst of all - a hot summer and they have wee'd litres of liquid fertiliser. My joke is that I have the best fertilised stones in West Wales as nothing grows up here! Ah but at least my worms are happy!
Hey Chrish, have you had any probs with your worms at all? I have heard some reports that the worm juice is actually not all that beneficial! what would you say?
I love the birds in the garden but the sparrows are breeding just a tad to fast and I can't keep the feeder full. See you love golf, I come from a golfing family, my father played off 4 and my mother has been the big wig president of Hayling Island Golf Club twice I do play and can hit the ball a long way, I just hate the putting bit!!! Blossom
The Hoodies are the problem here. They built a nest down my chimney and I hadnt noticed. So when I lit the fire I filled my house with black smoke and had to wash all my curtains (well I 'spose they have to be washed sometime!) I was sensible though and extinguished the fire before it set light to the nest. It then cost me £100 to have the nest removed and a granny put on the chimney to stop the nesting in future!

It was taken thru the kitchen window one morning so he seemed unaware of my presence.
Oh good grief - seriously not worm friendly.
